Document Regıstry

Duties of Document Registry and Statistics are listed below:

Recording every document coming Chamber in incoming document book and presenting them to Secretary General

Distributing documents separated by Secretary General to related departments

Distributing processed documents to files

Writing Board Decisions and preparing agenda

Following arrangements of meeting, assigning responsible personnel during the activities in the meeting room

Placing pages about update of Fiscal Post Laws, Statutory Decrees, Regulations, Legislations meticulously

Transferring calls to the related departments

Collecting data from our Chamber incoming- outgoing documents for preparing Graphic of Document Traffic on a monthly basis
