 Duty of Chamber Registrar

Conducting first registrations of Chamber members, processes about registration changes and cancelation and proceedings about Social Security Organization for Artisans and the Self-employed (Bağ-kur), preparing member identity card, commerce registration copy, signature certificate, preparing and preserving files of Chamber members

Doing Chamber registration and changes

Conducting occupational group changes of member firms and determination of NACE code

Determination of the members to be deregistered ex officio with cancellation of Chamber registration when they cease their activities and doing their deregistration


In addition, Approval of documents taken from Social Security Organization for Artisans and the Self-employed (Bağ-kur) of the members who want to disenroll from Bağ-kur, whose health certificate visa are expired or to be retired in Chamber Registration.

Giving examples of information in registration fields upon request. Conveying issues which persons or institutions ask to the members, giving information about the members requested to persons and institutions

 
Other documents: Chamber Registration Copy, Commercial Domicile Document, documents of firms ostracized from profession, capital increase proceedings of private companies, all types of Bağ-kur proceedings about the members, statistical information about registered members, lists and documents including member firm information, spouse appointment documents and correspondences about various public institutions and organizations.

Social Security Organization for Artisans and the Self-employed Proceedings  (Bağ-kur)

Bağ-kur Resignation Form of Natural and Legal Entity partners, Bağ-kur Health Insurance Form, Bağ-kur Statement of Employment, Pension Pay Form and Bağ-kur Insurance Contd. Writing, Bağ-Kur certificate visa, Retirement from Bağ-kur and etc. are given by our Chamber Registration.

When natural persons and legal entities apply to our chamber with the form they get from Bağ-kur or the form below, the form is given to the person who request it by filling related part on the form as a result of examination of our member’s file.

In case of need, detailed written information is also given to our members. When these requests of natural persons and legal entities are fulfilled, they are asked to apply with petition.

While realizing both types of service, our members should pay their fees to the Chamber.

IB Form

It is a compulsory document required to be submitted to Bağ-kur in entry and exit proceedings to Bağ-kur

REQUEST FORM FOR REQUIREMENT PENSION

It is a compulsory document required to be submitted to retire from Bağ-kur.

HEALTH CERTIFICATE FORM

It is a compulsory document required to be submitted to take health certificate from Bağ-kur and visa proceedings of this certificate.

SOLDIERSHIP DEBT FORM

 It is a compulsory document required to be submitted in the process of debt of soldiership duration.

REQUEST FORM FOR SURVIVOR’S PENSION

It is a compulsory document required to be submitted in enpension successors of the deceased person with Bağ-kur.
